Your PRS is created using Zen-Cart a shopping cart that is being used by millions of merchants around the globe and is opensource software written in PHP and uses MySQL as it’s database. This means your are not paying for the software and you receive the complete source code so at any time to can chose any other Zen-Cart consultant to provide you with support – read here about the benefit of opensource software. Your PRS will be fully configured to sell your products online in Australia and everything will be ready for you to enter your products and start selling. In the following I have briefly outlined some of the features and benefits of your PRS.
Configured for GST
Invoicing
- Invoices are layed out as Tax invoices
- Consecutive invoice numbering for ATO
- Tax report for BAS
Shipping

Shipping is setup is to ship using a flat fee
- Can be configured to calculate shipping based on Australia Post postal fees
- Additional shipping module are available for other shipping methods (not configured as part of your PRS).
Payments

Online payments are setup to use PayPal for all credit card payments and it includes the setup of your PayPal account to communicate with your PRS, meaning orders will only be confirmed once payment has been completed successfully.

Purchase Order payment is installed but can be disabled

Payment by direct bank transfer is installed and all you need to do is to insert your bank details or can be disabled

Payment by cheque is installed or can be disabled

Pay by faxing or phoning your credit card details can be installed on request (you will need to be a credit card merchant to be able to use this option)

Direct charging of C/C via other payment gateways can be configured but are not part of PRS setup.

what is your address
Hi Adam
I’m located in the Hunter Valley in a little town called Dungog. However since all interaction for the PRS is over email it doesn’t really matter where you and I are as long as you are going to run your e-commerce store in Australia since this is what it is configured for.
